Staff was very responsive and genuinely tried to help solve arising issues
Probably because of a lot of people in the hotel, wifi connection is unfortunately quite poor. If you planned to work in the day, and enjoy the beach afterwards, this probably won't work

No fridge or kettle etc in the room. Tea and coffee self help only available at breakfast. Food not always hot.

Good
The water pressure is excellent. The room was really clean and the location is excellent.
The shower curtain is not placed conveniently, the water always drips out on the floor and you cannot open the curtain all the way because it is blocked. The room is really dark and you can't leave the curtains open because other rooms look directly on the bed.

Nice place, fantastic location, friendly staff but disappointing to not have a balcony.
Staff were so helpful and friendly!!
We didn’t have a balcony so the room had very little natural light and the remote did not work even when batteries were replaced so we could not use the TV at night time.
